Review:

Although a competent management game with lots of features to fiddle around with, it is most interesting for being very dated.

As an example, you cannot set the base rate of interest at less than 5%, as the programmer thought this was unrealistic! It does at least allow you to take on the unions and other vested interests, such as British Rail.
