Review:

This is rather akin to watching an over-the-hill boxer who doesn't know when to quit. At their height, Ultimate were probably the best games company in the world. By the time this was released, though, it was clear to see that they were long past their best (on the Spectrum at least).

A game that looks good but is not a patch on their best with gameplay that is equally as frustrating. It is quite a good game but not up to the Ultimate pedigree. Still, a bad Ultimate game was always better than a lot of the competitions best efforts.
