Alien Spaceships (O.K. so what's new!) A 'n' F have updated Cylon Attack (a very sought after game) so popular that A 'n' F had great difficulties to improve the game, but they have done it. Cylon Attack is now in isometric perspective (3D).

Review:

Although the main screen is quite small and monochrome, apart from when there are explosions, this helps to allow for some fast moving 3D effects.

Having a scanner above also allows for some tactical play, as you can move around shooting the tie-fighter style enemies. There are also some other nice graphics, including the A 'n' F logo.

The most annoying feature is the sound effect when firing, which is a shame as some of the other audio cues are actually well designed. Overall, this is a very polished early 3D shooter that combines blasting with strategic elements such as managing fuel levels.
