Although the concept is quite simply, getting a 'snake' style game right is a great accomplishment. It starts out with options for speed and difficulty and the fact there is more than one playing arena is a bonus.The actual game itself has smooth animation and responsive controls - all important for a game based around reaction times.
There is plenty of colour on show and the varied baddies and obstacles are somewhat offset by the ability of your snake to fire a laser. The final icing on the cake is that when you die, you do not have to restart the level but your snake goes back to its original size.
